Terms and conditions

Handmade Products: Each piece is handmade individually. Because natural stones and handmade materials vary, no two pieces will be exactly alike. Small variations in color, shape, size, texture, wire placement, and natural inclusions are part of the character of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.

I make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each item. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.

Orders & Payment: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

I reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an error in pricing, product information, availability, or for circumstances that prevent me from fulfilling the order.

Custom Orders: Custom pieces are created according to the details agreed upon between the customer and the shop. Once work has begun on a custom order, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping & Delivery: Orders are shipped according to the processing and shipping times listed in the shop’s Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted according to the shop’s Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.

Jewelry Care: Wire-wrapped jewelry should be handled with care. Avoid excessive bending, pulling, dropping, or exposing pieces to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or prolonged moisture. Natural stones may also require special care.

The shop is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

Intellectual Property: All original designs, photographs, artwork, written content, logos, and branding associated with this shop belong to the shop owner unless otherwise stated.

Please do not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use my original designs, photographs, or other shop content without permission.

Product Availability: Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind, an item may only be available once.

Changes to These Terms: These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time as the shop grows or its policies change. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

By purchasing from this shop, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
