Shipping and delivery

Shipping & Delivery: Each piece is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Times: Ready-to-ship pieces are typically packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time. Estimated processing times will be provided in the item description or communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping: Orders within the United States are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.

Standard shipping: $5

Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and are determined by the carrier. Delays caused by USPS or other circumstances outside of my control are unfortunately not something I can guarantee against.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once tracking shows that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, I cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and consider having packages delivered somewhere secure.

If your package appears to be lost in transit or has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help locate it.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to make it right.
